Paul was born in Texas and moved to Kansas City as a small child. He grew up in southern Platte County and has lived there most of his life. He attended Rockhurst University at night while working in the information technology field during the day. Paul graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree, major in accounting, and did his graduate work in the finance field. His I.T. career led to the Chief Information Officer position at three major Kansas City corporations. For a period Paul owned a home inspection franchise and then became a real estate agent in Jan., 2003. After 5 very productive years with RE/Max , which included two years in the Executive Club and one year in the 100 Percent Club and two years as the initial listing agent on a 200+ new home development.

Travis has called Kansas City his home all of his life. He has lived in several wonderful neighborhoods across the city and knows the metro area very well. Travis owned an industrial manufacturers’ representative agency for many years. working with clients throughout the entire Midwest. He received his real estate broker’s license and worked for one of Kansas City’s top commercial real estate offices. In 2005 he switched to residential sales and with his wife, Debbie they did over $3,000,000 in volume their first year and won top rookie of the year in 2005 and 2006. Travis belongs to Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, KS, MO and National Association of Realtors, Heartland Multiple Listing Service and is a long standing member of the Missouri Government Affairs Committee.

Shawn Terrel CAI, AARE brings a very extensive auction background to our executive management team. Terrel has more than 18 years of professional auction and bid calling experience in the United States. He currently sets on the Board of Directors of the National Auctioneers Association and is a Past Chairman and President of the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. In 2007 he was named the Oklahoma State Champion Auctioneer and in 2011 was named the Kansas State Auctioneer Champion. During his career he has become recognized as an industry authority on conducting online auctions and live internet auction broadcasts. Shawn has participated in over 2,000 real estate and asset auctions.

Mike Jones CAI, GPPA, has been an auctioneer since 1978. His goals include providing auctionclients with cutting edge and industry changing processes. Mr. Jones has been a real estate professional since 1983. Early in his career, he worked for several North Texas radio stations as a news writer, producer, on air personality and filed reports for TSN the Texas State Network. For 27 years Jones owned and operated his own international auction services and appraisal company based in Dallas, Texas.

David Dickey was most recently the Sr. Vice President Professional Services for ePartners, the Microsoft 2005 Partner of the Year specializing in delivering, integrating and customizing solutions tailored specifically for each client’s business needs. The group has a concentration in Microsoft .Net programming, Portal development services, systems integration, and a focus on ePartners’ core ERP and CRM product offerings. Prior to joining ePartners, David was Director of Worldwide Professional Services at Pervasive Software where he led the services group in both North America and Europe. The group focused on solving complex database problems and had a specific practice in replication and disaster recovery solutions.

Kevin Oldham is the VP of Marketing for United Country - Kansas City Auction and Realty and brings over 14 years of marketing and advertising expertise to the United Country team. Prior to joining United Country, Oldham launched a marketing firm that catered exclusively to real estate developers, offering strategic solutions designed to generate traffic for their projects. Prior to this entrepreneurial venture, Oldham offered marketing services for Kansas City’s largest residential real estate broker and for an international movie theatre circuit. Oldham earned his MBA from Baker University in 2007.

Amanda Siler is an Auction Project Manager for United Country - Kansas City Auction and Realty. As a Project Manager Amanda plans and manages local, regional and national marketing campaigns through marketing strategy, media buying, creative direction and project management. Prior to joining United Country - Kansas City Auction and Realty, Amanda worked as a National Account Executive for large regional homebuilder and developer and was principally responsible for a 13 state territory, managing over 400 marketing projects per year.

Tom Lankford is a Licensed Broker in Missouri and Kansas. He has been licensed since 1977. He has been involved in many aspect of the real estate industry, from farmland, commercial, residential and new homes. He has been a Project Manager and Branch Manager with professional real estate companies. He has owned his own successful real estate brokerage for the last seven years. Over the years, Tom has developed a wealth of experience in working with banks and financial institutions on their HUD and foreclosure properties. As an international hunting and fishing consultant, Paul worked with clients and venues to make each experience unique. Pleased to be back in his home town of Kansas City, Paul brings a love of the outdoors and knowledge of land management practices to his career in real estate. Paul has a degree in business management from Park University and a degree in Game Preserve Management from Southeastern Illinois College.

Joe Stephenson has been a licensed real estate agent since he was a junior in college. He started his real estate career covering sales offices in new homes communities on a part time basis. While covering new homes developments he saw many homes go from the ground breaking stage to final occupancy, and learned what makes a great home from the inside out. Joe went full time in 2006 as a project agent for a new homes community in Gardner, Kansas where he had a great experience managing the sales office and getting involved with the Gardner community as a Chamber of Commerce ambassador.
